Over the years, he has successfully opened and managed several high-profile establishments in San Francisco, earning a reputation for operational excellence and team development.
As General Manager at Beer Baron, Ryan is dedicated to creating an exceptional guest experience by building a team that is empowered, motivated, and committed to hospitality at the highest level. His leadership philosophy is rooted in developing strong, engaged teams who take pride in their work, knowing that a positive and collaborative team culture directly translates into memorable experiences for every guest.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys staying active through sports and fitness, and he is passionate about personal growth—constantly striving to be a positive influence, lead with integrity, and grow as a good human being both personally and professionally.

Jesse Earl is the Bar Manager at Beer Baron Bar and Kitchen. Renowned for his inventive cocktails and outstanding customer service, Jesse brings four years of experience and a deep knowledge of whiskey to the role. His impressive skills have earned him a spot in various local cocktail competitions. Jesse’s enthusiasm for mixology, combined with his friendly demeanor, makes him a guest favorite. When he’s not behind the bar, he’s likely attending mixology workshops, tinkering with his classic cars, or exploring the local food and drink scene.

Ricardo Pineda serves as the Kitchen Manager at Beer Baron Bar and Kitchen, bringing over 15 years of diverse experience in the culinary and hospitality fields. Ricardo’s journey began at the bottom, starting as a dishwasher and progressing through various roles such as prep cook, host, busser, and eventually line cook. Throughout his career, he has honed his skills in Mexican, Italian, American, and French cuisines, driven by a passion for excellence. His dedication and hard work have propelled him to positions such as sous chef and kitchen manager.
At Beer Baron Bar and Kitchen, Ricardo is renowned for his unwavering commitment to quality, ensuring that each guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.
